  After 1 year and 3 months paid of my medical treatment, I was not impressed with the LACK OF PROGRESS/ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT. I still had a deviated midline (approx.same mm), an overbite, over jet and bone began to grow in one of two spaces I (still had) from extractions completed last January, 2, 2017!
  
  Moreover, One of the techs, Maia, took my contact information from my patient file and called me to discuss and later DISCLOSE, very personal information that had nothing to do with my ortho treatment. She did not have my prior permission to call me for any personal discussion. I was deeply offended by her bold and unprofessional actions/behavior.
  Regards, I have since moved on to a practice referred, in the Camillus area.
  
  I now have access to one Doctor who remembers my face, name and the conversation had of my treatment plan. He also honored my Veteran status and gave me a military discount. The advanced Orthodontics used by this office (in approximately 5-7weeks) has rendered a very notable difference in the shape of my smile as well as the aforementioned areas for concern ( at least 6 months behind) in prior Orthodontic treatment with CFS. I highly recommend anyone considering this practice to get a second and possibly third consultation elsewhere.
